Opalux Anti-Graffiti Film gives an optically clear transparent sacrificial coating which absorbs graffiti, helping to protect the glazing from scratch marks. The film can be replaced to remove the scratch marks leaving a clear panel again.
Anti-Graffiti films are used extensively in mass transit systems – trains, buses, ferries etc – and any area of glazing where graffiti is prevalent.
These films need to be a minimum of 100micron thick, though a thicker version (175micron) or a multi-laminate (200micron film) are sometimes specified where it is deemed necessary due to heavy-duty tools being used by the graffiti operators.
Exterior weather protected versions are available in 100 & 175micron thicknesses.
Accurate selection of film requires specialist knowledge and end-users and specifiers are encouraged to consult Opalux technical department.
Where appropriate you will be connected to an Opalux approved dealer who can discuss your requirements, visit site if necessary, and provide costings for the film installation.
